2 parts Gin (we recommend Spirit of Glastonbury Gin - made with Somerset apples)

1 part Elderflower Cordial

Topped with Tonic

Garnish with Cucumber, Mint & Lemon

2 parts Bloom Passion Fruit & Vanilla Blossom Gin

Shaken over ice with 4 parts Orange Juice

Strain into a martini glass & top with Prosecco

 

Garnish with Passion Fruit or Physalis

2 parts Drinks Kitchen Orange Cinchona

Shaken over ice with 4 parts Mango Juice

Top with Soda or Tonic

 

Garnish with Orange or Physalis

London Dry Gin infused with macerated orange peel, pomegranate, cinnamon star anise, black pepper & cardamom

Served with tonic & a slice of festive orange

25ml Gin, 25ml Pumpkin Spice Syrup & 50ml Irish Cream

Shaken with ice & top with a dusting of nutmeg
